About The Role

We are seeking a driven Business Analyst to join our Data & Analytics function. You will help unlock insights from our transaction, marketing, traffic, and operational data to guide strategic and tactical decisions across the business. As a key team member, you will partner closely with stakeholders in marketing, operations, finance, and tech to turn data into business impact.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development & Integrations

• Design and build backend services and APIs that power internal business tools — from finance and billing applications to operational dashboards and AI workflow interfaces
• Build and maintain data ingestion integrations from ERP systems (batch file processing), REST and SOAP APIs, CRM platforms, and e-commerce marketplaces
• Develop batch processing workflows and event-driven pipelines in collaboration with the Data Engineering team
• Build the application layer connecting AI agents to data sources, triggers, and output destinations for automated workflow products
• Ensure all backend services are secure, well-tested, and documented to a standard the team can maintain

Frontend Development & Portal Design

• Build responsive, clean, and functional internal web applications using modern frontend frameworks — focused on usability for non-technical business users
• Develop complex data-heavy interfaces: reconciliation tables, approval workflows, exception management screens, campaign trackers, and performance dashboards
• Create and maintain a reusable component library and consistent design system across all internal tools
• Work with Business Analysts and the PM to translate user requirements and wireframes into working interfaces
• Mentor Data Engineers on frontend fundamentals — component structure, state management, layout patterns, and UX principles for internal tooling

Platform & DevOps

• Deploy and manage applications on Azure cloud infrastructure
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for frontend and backend services
• Implement logging, monitoring, and error tracking for production tools used daily by business teams
• Contribute to code reviews and help define engineering standards for the broader team

Requirements:
Qualifications & Skills

• 2–5 years of full stack development. Experience building internal business tools, finance applications, or ERP integrations is a strong differentiator.
• Startup or high-growth environment background preferred.
• Must-Have Skills: React or Vue.js, Node.js or Python (FastAPI / Flask), REST API Development, ERP / Batch File Integration, Azure Cloud Deployment, SQL, Git & CI-CD, Complex Data UI (tables, workflows, filters)
• Nice to have Skills: TypeScript CRM Integrations (Salesforce / Dynamics) Docker / Kubernetes Azure DevOps Finance / Billing Domain Knowledge, Agentic AI UI Patterns, Power BI, Embedded E-commerce Platform APIs
