Job Description

Sky has an amazing and vibrant community of socially minded players, and we are tirelessly working on solutions to deepen player interaction and create lasting friendships. We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to deliver solutions for solving in-game and internal team challenges

Responsibilities

• Work with the ITS team to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with the Enterprise AI strategy for streamlining day-to-day operations

• Design and manage the enterprise agentic-AI orchestration platform, keeping UX, security, and governance in mind.

• Partner with Publishing, Infra, IT, Legal, and other functions to identify, prioritize, and ship high-value AI capabilities—agents, automations, copilots—from pilot to scale.

• Build and nurture a cross-functional Community of Practice around enterprise AI adoption, including training and enablement.

• Collaborate with fellow developers to plan, design, build, and unit-test applications.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, Dify, n8n, etc.) and orchestration tools (LangGraph, Microsoft AutoGen, etc.).

• Familiarity with knowledge-search tech: RAG, vector DBs, retrieval-augmented generation. Experience in LLM landscape such as Google Gemini, OpenAI ChatGPT, Alibaba Qwen—knowing model advantage, token limits, latency, and cost.

• Experience in automation and web application development

• 2+ years of hands-on production experience with TypeScript, Python, or similar AI-related languages.

• Experience with the Git version control system.

• Thrive in a highly collaborative environment involving cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

• Fluent in spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Skills

• Have game development experience.

• Have image recognition & XR development experience Experience in mobile client and console platform development.

• Experience designing and building enterprise AI applications for production use.

• Experience optimizing token cost, such as caching, batching, and cutting the fluff. Knowing about multimodal and algorithms such as CLIP, LLAVA, VALL-E."

• Knowledge of TRiSM (Trust, Risk, and Security Management) frameworks for AI.
