Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Angular, and React | Digital&IPA (freelance)

Job Description & Summary

The Digital&IPA team at PwC Poland consists of nearly 500 people. We are responsible for IT projects for both Polish and international clients. We carry out a wide range of tasks—from designing, building, and implementing solutions, through developing functional specifications, analyzing data in source systems, to defining business requirements, supporting testing, and creating mobile applications. 

Within the department, we provide IT consulting services, mainly for financial sector institutions in Poland and abroad. 

Currently we are looking for: 

Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js, Angular, and React 

Your future role: 

• Create components and functionalities in React and Angular 
• Develop back-end services and APIs using Node.js 
• Integrate LLM / AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) into applications 
• Implement UI prototypes into technical requirements and high-quality code 
• Conduct code reviews to verify and improve others’ work 
• Actively participate in Scrum meetings 
• Perform tasks independently based on provided specifications 
• Create unit tests and ensure robust testing practices 
• Build efficient, scalable solutions 

Apply if you: 

• Have project experience with a Javascript framework - React and Angular, 
• Have a track record of working with both React and Angular in recent years, demonstrating strong proficiency and the ability to switch seamlessly between the two technologies, 
• Understand Javascript, DOM and related concepts, 
• Possess knowledge of RESTful APIs, 
• Demonstrate experience with Git, 
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) responsibly to speed up development, while maintaining code quality, security, and ownership 
• Can evaluate and improve LLM outputs (prompting patterns, automated tests/evals, monitoring, red-teaming) with attention to security/privacy (PII) and cost, 
• Know design patterns and their practical use, 
• Demonstrate good aesthetic sense for user interfaces, 
• Know UX concepts, 
• Have experience in techniques and tools for creating unit tests (React and Angular), 
• Are fluent in English in speaking and writing, enabling the use of technical documentation and communication with team members
