Role Overview

New Era Technology is seeking experienced Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in Spring Boot for backend development and Next.js for frontend application development. The selected professionals will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with both business and technical requirements.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy owning features end-to-end and working in a collaborative, cloud-native, and modern engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

•
Design, develop, and maintain backend services using:

•
Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security

•
Build and consume RESTful APIs and work within microservices-based architectures

•
Ensure backend performance, scalability, security, and reliability

Frontend Development

•
Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using:

•
Next.js, JavaScript / TypeScript

•
Modern UI libraries and component-based design

•
Collaborate with UX and product teams to deliver intuitive user experiences

Full Stack & Engineering Practices

•
Ensure end-to-end application performance across frontend and backend layers

•
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams

•
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decisions

•
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance bottlenecks, and production issues

•
Follow best practices for secure SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and documentation

Required Skills & Experience

•
6–8+ years of hands-on full stack development experience

•
Strong proficiency in:

•
Java 8+ / 11+

•
Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, Microservices

•
Solid hands-on experience with:

•
Next.js

•
Node.js ecosystem

•
Strong understanding of frontend fundamentals:

•
HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript

•
Experience with SQL & NoSQL databases:

•
MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

•
Familiarity with authentication and security frameworks:

•
OAuth, JWT

•
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP – preferred)

•
Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tools

•
Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

•
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Nice to Have Skills

•
Experience with GraphQL, Redis, Elasticsearch

•
Exposure to monorepo structures, NX, or micro-frontends

•
Proven experience in performance optimization at both backend and frontend layers
