Full Stack Developer – Netsuite & SuiteCommerce

Particle41 seeks a skilled and versatile developer proficient in the Netsuite SuiteCommerce ecosystem to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will be critical in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end software solutions tailored to diverse client needs. This is a unique opportunity to work on both front-end and back-end technologies, leverage cutting-edge tools, and contribute to impactful projects while advancing your technical expertise in a collaborative and innovative environment. We are implementing data and AI solutions alongside Netsuite using some of the latest technologies.

In This Role, You Will:

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using both Netsuite and SuiteCommerce

• Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces using SuiteCommerce.

• Develop APIs to enable seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.

• Ensure clean, efficient, and well-documented code aligned with industry best practices.

• Leverage modern front-end technologies like TypeScript and ReactJS for enhanced user experiences.

• Optimize application performance through caching, indexing, and code refactoring.

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and product managers to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Provide insights and recommendations to align technical implementations with business objectives.

Agile Development:

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced development environment.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Write and execute comprehensive, unit, and integration test plans to ensure software quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with QA teams to automate testing and enhance test coverage.

• Perform rigorous debugging to identify and resolve software issues, bottlenecks, and performance inefficiencies.

Performance Optimization:

• Analyze algorithms, database queries, and code to identify and address inefficiencies.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize deployment processes and server configurations for scalability.

Continuous Learning and Innovation:

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in Netsuite and SuiteCommerce.

• Propose innovative solutions to improve software performance, security, and scalability.

• Actively participate in training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers.

• Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience We Value:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 4+ years in software development, with proficiency in Netsuite and SuiteCommerce.

• APIs and Integration: Expertise in building and documenting APIs with authentication protocols like OAuth or JWT.

• Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, proven to work effectively in a team.

• Continuous Learning: Passion for staying updated with the latest technologies and tools.
