As a Full-Stack Developer, you play a central role in transforming ideas into high impact digital solutions. You will:

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to deeply understand their challenges and translate them into meaningful technical opportunities.
• Transform needs into clear, actionable User Stories, helping shape the product vision and roadmap.
• Break down features into steps, estimate complexity, and evaluate the effort required to deliver high quality results.
• Actively participate in Sprint Planning sessions and retrospectives, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Build, test (including Unit Testing), and document robust features, ensuring clean architecture and maintainable code.
• Report on your progress weekly, keeping the team aligned and delivery on track.
• Guarantee reliable deliveries and respect deadlines, maintaining strong trust with stakeholders.

Must Have :

• Master’s degree in computer science or any other IT‑related field.
• .NET Core expertise, with the ability to design and implement scalable, high‑performance backend services.
• Strong Angular experience, building responsive, maintainable, and user‑friendly front‑end applications.
• Solid SQL Server knowledge, including schema design, optimization, and efficient query writing.
• Mastery of common software design patterns, applying them to create clean, modular, and long-lasting architectures.
• Proficiency with Git, leveraging modern branching strategies and code‑centric collaboration workflows.

Good to Have :

• Knowledge of modern development methodologies (TDD, BDD/ATDD) to ensure high quality and predictable delivery.
• Experience with agentic AI-supported development, using AI tools to accelerate coding, testing, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud services, enabling scalable deployments and cloud‑native design.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, especially for analytics or multi‑database environments.
• Understanding of Splunk, including logs, dashboards, and operational monitoring.

Nice to Have :

• Azure DevOps familiarity, including pipelines, boards, and release automation.
• Basic Python skills, useful for automation, data tasks, or AI integration.
