You will build and maintain the internal AI-powered tools that help our teams work smarter. From front-end interfaces to back-end services, you'll own the full development lifecycle - designing, shipping, and scaling applications that drive our transition to an AI-first company.

Main Responsibilities:
• Build & Ship AI Tools: Develop full-stack internal applications (front-end + back-end) that leverage AI - taking them from idea to production;

• Integrate with Enterprise Systems: Connect AI-powered tools to internal platforms and data sources (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Slack, BigQuery) through well-designed APIs;

• Own the Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), ensuring they're reliable and scalable;

• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly tools;

• Maintain Quality & Security: Ensure applications follow security best practices, especially when handling sensitive data and AI pipelines.

Core Requirements:
• Full-Stack Development: Solid experience building web applications end-to-end (e.g., Python/Node.js + React/Vue );

• Cloud & DevOps: Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, and managing cloud resources (AWS, Azure, or GCP);

• API Development: Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs to connect systems and services;

• Security Awareness: Understanding of secure coding practices, particularly around data handling;

• Self-Starter Mindset: High level of independence, ownership, and a can-do attitude;

• Strong Communication: Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For:
• Experience working with AI/ML APIs or building AI-powered features;

• Familiarity with vector databases and observability tooling;

• Experience administering third-party SaaS platforms and managing access controls (SSO, permissions).

Salary:
• Gross salary: 3500 - 7000
