WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

We are currently seeking a Junior Full Stack Developer to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining innovative digital products, with a focus on both the front-end and back-end components.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You estimate the time and resource requirements of work packages and develop and maintain the front-end and back-end components of our digital products according to user's functional requirements.
You collaborate closely with the product team and internal/external (IT) partners to successfully implement, optimize, and adapt solutions to changing conditions.
You regularly conduct tests to ensure the quality, scalability, performance, and security of the developed solutions
You extract, model, and integrate data from various internal and external sources
You utilize Azure DevOps as a central development tool to manage code repositories and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, as well as to document development processes.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION
University degree, e.g. Bachelor
Work experience within Digital teams and jobs
Study and work abroad
Experience in Internal or external Stakeholder Management
Experience in agriculture is an advantage
Programming languages Front-end and backend development
Quality assurance and testing skills
Basic skills in project management and project management software (e.g., Azure DevOps)
Basic skills in Cloud provider (Azure / AWS)
Systematic search for errors
Analysis techniques
IT Infrastructure/system landscape
Data and function modelling
Data analysis techniques and data transfer formats
Analythical thinking and problem solving
Communication skills Knowledge transfer (didactics)
IT Security
Advanced english and German (desirable)
