Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a strategic banking technology project in the Wholesale Banking domain. You will actively contribute to the development of scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional global teams.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Provide continuous technical and operational support to development teams with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Deliver high-quality development tasks on time and with attention to detail.

Actively participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and outcomes.

Analyze existing software components and perform modifications when required.

Collaborate in Agile environments, using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office.

Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in the Wholesale Banking area.

Technical Expertise (Must Have)

Spring Boot – Around 4 years of experience

WebFlux / Reactive Frameworks – Around 2 years of experience

OpenShift

MongoDB, Hive

Dynatrace

Oracle Database

HTML, JavaScript, Angular

Full Stack Development (Front-end & Back-end)

Unit Testing: JUnit & Mockito (essential)

Integration testing & mock servers (essential)

Understanding of reactive sockets (RSocket) – Desirable

Hexagonal Architecture – Desirable

Nice to Have

Experience in Financial Products: FX, Fixed Income, Rates

Previous exposure to Wholesale Banking technology
