We are looking for a Full Stack (Laravel&React) developer to join a growing product team. The project is focused on transforming how global enterprises manage internal eCommerce. With sustainability at its core, it helps customers reduce transportation by up to 90% and production volumes by up to 50% through local, on-demand production in more than 30 countries. The platform serves as a global one-stop eCommerce solution for marketing, sales, employer branding, and corporate merchandise, seamlessly integrating with customers’ existing systems while offering a significantly more user-friendly and sustainable alternative. The product has grown rapidly over the past 15 months and is now scaling its product and engineering team. The team consists of 15 people distributed across the Netherlands, the UK, Norway, Macedonia, Pakistan, Mexico, and Malta. While there is an office in Rotterdam, most of the team works remotely from home, co-working spaces, or while traveling. Requirements:

Strong experience with Laravel and modern PHP.

Solid understanding of MVC architecture, domain modeling, and backend best practices.

Understanding of Domain-Driven Architecture.

•
Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.

•
Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).

•
Working knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

•
Experience with React, Next, and Tailwind.

•
Familiarity with Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and production environments.

•
Comfort working across the stack to deliver end-to-end features.

•
Highly self-directed, able to plan, prioritize, and execute with minimal supervision.

Structured and methodical, writing maintainable code and thinking in systems.

•
Product-minded, understanding how technical decisions affect users and business outcomes.

Pragmatic problem-solver, balancing ideal architecture with real-world constraints.

Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain core backend features using the Laravel framework.

•
Develop and evolve RESTful APIs used by internal services, partners, and integrations.

•
Implement frontend components that support and surface backend functionality (primarily using TypeScript, React, and Next).

•
Collaborate closely with product, design, and operations to turn real-world workflows into scalable software.

•
Contribute to system architecture decisions, data models, and technical standards.

•
Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability across the platform.

•
Debug complex issues across the stack and take ownership of resolutions.

•
Participate actively in code reviews and technical discussions.

•
Continuously improve code quality, tooling, and development processes.
