· Mandatory Skills
o Bachelor’s Degree or years of equivalent experience
o 4+ Years of Hands on coding experience of Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Concurrency, Data Structures, JMS
o 4+ years of strong web development experience (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
o 3+ years of relational database experience (Oracle or MySQL)

· Good To have Skills:
o Web services (REST, SOAP) experience.
o Transaction, JMX, Junit, Eclipse
o jQuery
o XML/JSON experience
o 3+ years of business process workflow analysis experience
o Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
o Organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with minimal direction
o Experience working with the Scrum agile methodology
