About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Full Stack Developer with strong skills in React.js and backend technologies to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, API development, and working with messaging systems like Kafka. You will be responsible for building scalable, efficient, and robust applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js.
• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and messaging integration.
• Manage and interact with databases including MongoDB and relational databases.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
• Strong expertise in React.js (mandatory).
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and API development.
• Experience with Kafka messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience with databases including MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Jenkins for build and deployment automation.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript ES6+.
• Experience with containerization and cloud platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
