Role OverviewAs a Full Stack Developer for the AIM initiative, you will build the core platform experiences and services that engineers and domain experts use to design, deploy, and govern solution workflows. This role sits at the intersection of product usability and deep system capability—translating complex orchestration, governance, and deployment logic into intuitive, reliable software.This is a hands-on builder role with exposure to cutting-edge AI platforms, edge–cloud architectures, and enterprise-grade systems. Tasks:Developing front-end website architecture. Designing user interactions on web pages. Developing back-end website applications. Creating servers and databases for functionality. Ensuring cross-platform optimization for edge devices. Ensuring responsiveness of applications. Seeing through a project from conception to finished product. Designing and developing APIs. Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages. Collaborate closely with lead architect, AI experts, and program manager to translate platform requirements into scalable implementationsParticipate in design reviews, technical planning, and rapid prototyping effortsEnsure high standards of performance, reliability, and security across the stackContribute to MVPs, demos, and production-ready components with clear ownership and documentation Technical & Research SkillsFrontend 3-7 years with React or Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS State management , data visualization, real-time dashboards and frameworks Building data-rich dashboards and real-time monitoring interfacesBackend 3-7 years with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Go, Java 8 or above, Spring boot, NGINX REST API design, event-driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ) SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Neo4j) databases and Vector DB Microservices architecture and distributed systems Experience in one or more frameworks for database access such as Hibernate, Entity Framework, SQLAlchemy etc. Experience in one or more Agile and DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, Selenium, SonarQube, etc. Comfortable working in Agile ModelsPlatform & DevOps Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Git workflowsNice-to-Have: Edge computing, OAuth2/RBAC, RUST KPIs & Expectations Consistent delivery of high-quality features aligned with platform milestones Clear ownership of components across frontend and backend Ability to move quickly during MVP phases while maintaining architectural integrity Ideal Candidate3-7 years bachelor's in engineering, BTech, or master's in computer engineering or equivalent with full stack development. Candidate should be fast learning with a strong technical acumen. Candidate should be curious, pragmatic, outcome-comfortable in iterating fast-evolving environments, and collaborating across technical and business teams.
