Role Overview

The Full Stack AI Product Developer will oversee the end-to-end development of the Candidate CRM platform, creating a scalable, AI-driven solution to transform recruitment. The role requires an experienced engineer with over five years of full stack expertise and a strong interest in AI/automation. Utilizing Python, Google Cloud, and Google’s AI pipelines, the developer will implement innovative features such as AI-powered candidate matching and automated workflows, leveraging experience with HR tools, CRMs, ERPs, or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Full Product Lifecycle: Architect, develop, test, deploy, and maintain the platform, ensuring a robust, scalable solution.

• Implement AI-Powered Features: Design and develop advanced functionalities, including smart candidate search, resume parsing, automated tagging, predictive analytics, and workflow automation, using Google Cloud AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Natural Language API).

• Integrate Systems: Connect the platform with candidate databases, job systems, and third-party platforms (e.g., ATS, HRIS, ERPs) to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability.

• Develop Full Stack Solutions: Create intuitive front-end interfaces (e.g., JavaScript, React, or similar) and reliable back-end systems (e.g., Flask, Django) to deliver a cohesive user experience.

• Innovate and Iterate: Propose creative solutions to recruitment challenges, staying informed of trends in AI, automation, and HR technology.

• Ensure Scalability and Security: Design a high-performance architecture capable of handling large-scale candidate data and complex workflows, incorporating robust security measures.

• Document and Communicate: Provide clear documentation (code, architecture, guides) and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including the company’s recruitment team.

• Work Independently: Operate autonomously while collaborating with a tech-forward recruitment manager to prioritize features and validate solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience: Over five years of full stack development, with a proven track record of building and managing web applications end-to-end as a developer, architect, or product manager.

• Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Python (e.g., Flask, Django) for backend development; familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Vue.js) is advantageous.

• Experience with AI/automation tools, ideally Google Cloud AI platforms (e.g., Vertex AI, AutoML, or NLP APIs) or comparable tools (e.g., TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs).

• Knowledge of Google Cloud services (e.g., Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery) for hosting and data management.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and API integrations (REST, GraphQL).

• Domain Knowledge: Experience with HR tools, CRMs, ERPs, ATS, or related platforms (e.g., candidate management, workflow automation) is highly valued.
