ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re looking for full stack engineers who are not just strong technically, but are actively exploring how AI is changing the way software is built.

This is a role for builders — people who experiment, ship side projects, and are curious about what’s possible with AI and agentic systems.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Build and ship full-stack applications across web and mobile

• Work across technologies including:

• React / JavaScript / TypeScript

• Backend APIs and services

• Mobile (iOS, Android, React Native)

• Design and implement AI-powered features, including:

• LLM integrations

• Intelligent workflows

• AI-assisted user experiences

• Build and experiment with agentic systems, where AI:

• Executes multi-step workflows

• Interacts with tools and APIs

• Supports both product features and internal development workflows

• Use AI tools (Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) as part of your daily development workflow

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real client products

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Core Technical Skills

• Experience with at least 2 of the following:

• React

• JavaScript / TypeScript

• iOS

• Android

• React Native

• Strong understanding of:

• Full-stack application development

• APIs and system design

• Modern development workflows

AI + Builder Mindset (Important)

We’re specifically looking for engineers who:

• Have hands-on experience with AI tools or LLMs

• Have built or experimented with:

• AI-powered features

• Side projects using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar

• Automation workflows or agent-like systems

• Are curious about:

• Prompt engineering

• AI-assisted development

• The future of agentic systems

What Stands Out

• Side projects, hackathons, or independent builds

• Experience experimenting with AI beyond basic usage

• Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
