Our mission is simple but ambitious: to make world-class specialist care accessible to everyone.

We’re now looking for a Fulfilment Associate, working Monday to Friday at our HQ in Hoxton to help ensure every order leaves the building accurately, safely, and on time. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our operation, supporting the smooth running of our fulfilment process. You’ll work closely with our Logistics Lead to prepare, pack, and dispatch orders to dentists and patients, maintaining the high quality and reliability that 32Co is known for.

This is an opportunity to be part of a fast-moving, ambitious company from the ground up. You’ll work in a friendly, collaborative team, gain experience in a leading VC-backed healthtech, and see first-hand how a high-performing operations team runs.


What you’ll do::
• Prepare and pack orders with care and accuracy, maintaining our high quality standards and 0% error rate.
• Support daily fulfilment tasks such as printing labels, checking inventory, and restocking.
• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including logging items and updating systems.
• Identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to scale the Logistics function.
• Being hands-on with operational challenges, spotting issues early and helping shape clear, workable solutions.
• Keep storage and stock areas tidy and well organised.
• Flag any issues or delays quickly, so the team can stay on track.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.


Who you are::
• Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented. You notice when something’s not quite right.
• A natural problem-solver, you enjoy uncovering root causes and designing solutions.
• Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting boxes (most are small and light, but we do receive some larger inbound deliveries).
• Positive, proactive, and happy to roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a small team.
• Experience in fulfilment or dispatch work is helpful but not essential - we’ll train you.
• Take pride in doing things properly, hungry to learn and improve.
