Job Description

Fulfillment Warehouse Team Lead bertanggungjawab menyelia operasi harian gudang, memimpin pembantu gudang, dan memastikan sasaran operasi dicapai dengan berkesan.

Responsibilities / Tanggungjawab :
• Penyeliaan Operasi Gudang: Menyelia aktiviti harian gudang, memastikan SOP dan keselamatan dipatuhi, mengurus tugasan staf, serta menangani isu operasi.

• Kawalan Inventori & Ketepatan: Memastikan rekod stok tepat, menjalankan kiraan stok, memantau FIFO/FEFO, dan menyelesaikan perbezaan stok bersama pasukan berkaitan.

• Kepimpinan Pasukan & Pengurusan Prestasi: Menyelia dan melatih Pembantu Gudang, membimbing staf semasa bekerja, memantau prestasi harian, dan menyokong staf baharu.

• Pemenuhan Outbound & Penambahbaikan Berterusan: Memastikan pesanan dihantar tepat dan mengikut masa, menyelaras proses penghantaran, menambah baik operasi, dan menyediakan laporan ringkas.

Requirements / Syarat:
• 2–5 tahun pengalaman dalam gudang, logistik, pemenuhan pesanan (fulfillment), atau operasi

• Sekurang-kurangnya 1–2 tahun pengalaman sebagai penyelia atau ketua pasukan

• Pengalaman dalam operasi pusat pemenuhan atau pusat pengedaran

• Pengalaman praktikal menggunakan sistem pengurusan gudang (WMS)

• Pengalaman mengurus pasukan gudang bersaiz kecil hingga sederhana
