Requirements:
• B2C Experience: Previous experience in B2C or E-commerce fulfillment operations minimum 2 years is a "huge win."
• Educational Background: We welcome Fresh Graduates! A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Supply Chain, or similar) is highly preferred due to the analytical nature of the role.
• Data Proficiency: Mastery of Google Sheets or MS Excel is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable using data to tell a story and drive decisions.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to identify bottlenecks in the operation and propose logical, data-driven solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to manage various stakeholders.

Job Description

1. Operational Excellence (End-to-End)

• Speed to Customer: Lead the team to ensure "Zero Pending Orders" by the end of each day.
• Reliability: Maintain a high Shipment on Time (SOT) rate to meet our customer promises.
• Quality Control: Implement processes to drastically reduce error rates during the picking and packing stages, ensuring the customer receives exactly what they ordered.

2. Efficiency & Data Management

• Productivity: Drive continuous improvement in Productivity/Order and Productivity/Article metrics.
• Cost Control: Manage the fulfillment budget efficiently, focusing on optimizing Cost/Article without compromising quality.
• Resource Planning: Forecast workload and manage human planning to balance capacity and demand.

3. People Leadership & Relationships

• Team Development: Lead, coach, and inspire your teammates. You are responsible for their growth, safety, and happiness.
• Collaboration: Act as the bridge between the Digital and the Store teams to ensure smooth day to day operation.
• Relationship Management: Maintain professional and effective relationships with store and vendors to ensure seamless operation activity
