The Fulfillment Lead should be able to successfully manage multiple responsibilities and act as a leader, both internally and externally. She/he will be responsible for three main areas: Training, Task Completion and Issue Resolution.
Responsibilities Include::
• Reports directly to the Sr. Manager Supply Chain to ensure operational activities, related to company policies and procedures, are followed.
• Responsible for completing all tasks associated with fulfillment to include bulk orders, daily orders, and receiving/shipping inventory.
• Consistently meets the high average production when fulfilling orders.
• Training of new level I and contract Fulfillment Associates, and ongoing training of current level I and II Associates to ensure procedures are followed accurately.
• Organizing work, for the Fulfillment Associates, to ensure service level agreements are met.
• Using Endicia application to print shipping labels, and resolve any issues associated with it.
• Understanding the process to decide which in-kit letter is associated with the order before printing.
• Resolving all issues associated with order processing via the correct ticketing system.
• Assist shipping and receiving, unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders with receiving paperwork.
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped.
• Sort and place item materials or inventory on racks, shelves or bins according to a predetermined sequence.
• File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items and distribute logs to management.
• Adherence to all SOP’s and work instructions.
• Take on other tasks or projects, to support employees, other managers, or departments.
Desired Skills and Experience::
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years as a Fulfillment Associate.
• Flexibility to work additional hours or a different schedule, when needed.

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
• Familiar with company products, services, and policies.
• Proficiency with necessary technology, including computers and software applications.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak hours or intense situations.
