Fulfillment Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time)

We are seeking a Fulfillment Agent (Full Time) to join our team. Report directly to the Fulfillment Manager. You will take responsibility to process digital orders in Jakarta.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensure that all incoming orders can be fulfilled 100% to deliver the best experience to the users.
• Pick items from store based on order requirements.
• Pack items securely and label packages correctly.
• Perform quality control to make sure the order is safe to ship and there are no defective products.
• Scan and recap orders that have been packed.
• Perform package handover with couriers.

Requirements:
• Strong attention to details to avoid errors in order processing.
• Familiarity with computer software used for order processing, such as Google Tools (Spreadsheet, Docs, etc.)
• Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members, such as Store Team.
• Physical stamina may be required for tasks such as lifting and moving packages
• Agile and well-adapted.
• Fluent in English is a plus.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday (5 days/week)
• Working on site.
