Job Summary
Be part of an international manufacturing team to industrialize the MEA or BoP parts for vehicles.
Roles and Responsibilities
In your job you will
• Participate in fuel cell related simultaneous engineering projects
• Participate in PGL workshops for new products
• Manufacturing process design and set up according to Bosch Production System, including drawing confirmation
• Leading process-FMEA creation and maintenance for preventive quality assurance
• Investment planning, purchasing, pre/final-acceptance and release e.g. machines, tools
• Quality tools and method set up and implementation in shopfloor e.g. early warning system
• Control plan and work instruction creation (e.g. standard operation instruction,  safety instruction)
• Work instruction and quality tools & method training to shopfloor employees (e.g. setter, operator)
• Line/Machine cycle time definition and optimization
• Line/Machine OEE tracking and improvement with PDCA systematic
• Leading systematical problem solving for technical and quality issue (e.g. 8D, PSS)
• Leading TPM (Total Preventive Maintenance) in cooperation with shopfloor
• Leading CIP projects regarding quality, cost and delivery performance
• Support and coaching project from shopfloor
• Lead and support implementation of engineering change request
• Regularly participate IPN discussion in China or abroad and sharing of best practices in plant accordingly
• Other special task
Educational background (language): 
• Bachelor or master degree of Mechanical and Electrical engineering
• Fluent English speaking and writing skill  (German as plus)
Job Relevant Knowledge:  
• Communication in an international team
• Mechanical and Electrical engineering background, machining drawing as basic knowledge
• Engineering mindset and sense
• Computer skill in Excel, Word and Power Point
• Programming skills is a plus
Work Experience:
• More than 3 years planning experience in relevant field
