As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, quality food and beverage offerings, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. You will support daily operations across outlets while maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness, and efficiency.

What you will be doing:

• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging service to all guests
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menus, ingredients, and promotions to confidently make recommendations
• Ensure all service standards and sequence of service are followed
• Prepare and set up service areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively
• Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required
• Other duties assigned

Your experience and skills include:

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive attitude with a guest-focused mindset
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Serving It Right certificate
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
