Job Description

Ridge Rider Campground, a premier destination campground and RV park nestled in the beautiful woodlands of Western Maryland, is seeking a friendly, team-oriented Full-Time Seasonal Groundskeeping & Landscaping Team Member to join our crew! This position will start beginning of April and run through end of October.

As stewards of a scenic outdoor environment, we take pride in maintaining clean, healthy, and welcoming grounds for our guests. In this role, you will be a key part of shaping the look, feel, and safety of our property.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and maintaining natural areas.
• Assist with general upkeep of the campground’s facilities, ensuring clean and safe common spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections of grounds and infrastructure to identify and address hazards or repair needs.
• Operate small engine equipment, tractors, and lawn/grounds maintenance machinery confidently and safely.
• Support basic maintenance of plumbing, electrical, and RV site utility systems as needed.

Requirements:
• Experience with landscaping, groundskeeping, and outdoor maintenance work.
• Knowledge of campground and RV maintenance and repair is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and contribute positively to a team environment.
