Spend your season working in the sunshine at Smokiam RV Resort in Soap Lake, WA, where beautiful desert landscapes, warm summer days, and a welcoming small-town community create the perfect place to work and enjoy the outdoors. We are hiring a dependable Grounds & Maintenance candidate to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functunality of Smokiam RV Resort. This is an outdoor, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and problem solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform landscaping, mowing, trimming, and general grounds upkeep
• Complete basic plumbing, electrical, and facility repairs
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and RV sites
• Monitor property for safety issues
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly

Requirements:
• Must pass background check
• Must have valid driver license
• Basic knowledge of tolls and repair work
• Landscaping or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be able to bend, lift and squat
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Self-moticated and reliable
• Dependable and punctual
