Job Description

Ridge Rider Campground is seeking a reliable and hardworking full-time Groundskeeper / Maintenance team member to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our campground. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in hands-on work, and values creating a welcoming environment for guests.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, and weed control
• Maintain campground facilities, including campsites, common areas, restrooms, and trails
• Assist with basic repairs and maintenance (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc.)
• Clean and prepare campsites for incoming guests
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Monitor grounds for safety hazards and address issues promptly
• Support other campground operations as needed

Requirements:
• Must pass background check

• Must have valid driver license

• Previous experience in landscaping, maintenance, or related field preferred

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Reliable transportation and punctuality

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs and perform physical labor

• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
