FSQA Specialist (CA)

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in driving food safety and quality compliance through robust product and supplier management, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and Culinary Development, to drive food safety initiatives and achieve organizational objectives.

• Facilitate supplier and product onboarding, ensuring all new partners meet rigorous HelloFresh compliance and quality requirements.

• Develop best-practice quality specifications by leveraging industry expertise to support standardized implementation across our supply base.

• Analyze customer complaint trends to identify risks and work directly with suppliers to develop and execute corrective improvement plans.

• Standardize ways of working by creating templates and procedures that align local operations with central food safety policies.

• Support strategic FSQA projects by managing administrative tasks and contributing insights that mitigate risk and drive operational excellence.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in Product and Supplier Management, specifically within a Food Safety or Quality Assurance framework.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and administrative tasks in a fast-paced, global food industry environment.

• A problem-solving mindset focused on identifying customer trends and translating data into actionable supplier improvements.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and external vendors.

• Detail orientation with a deep commitment to accuracy, compliance, and process excellence in food safety.

• An entrepreneurial spirit and the adaptability to pioneer new standards in an ever-changing industry.

• Knowledge of Lean principles or experience working within engaged, fast-paced QA teams is highly preferred.
