We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Frontline Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will be the face of our organization, engaging directly with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. As a Frontline Sales Consultant, you will drive revenue growth through consultative selling, building strong client relationships, and consistently exceeding sales targets. • Engage with prospective and existing clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features, benefits, and value propositions
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up, personalized communication, and exceptional service
• Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators on a consistent basis
• Gather market feedback and client insights to inform product development and sales strategies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline progress using CRM systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value
• 2-4 years of proven experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand client needs
• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales tools
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Preferred: Experience with sales analytics, territory management, or lead generation
• Preferred: Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling presentations and pitches
• Preferred: Knowledge of the industry or relevant product categories
