We are a high-growth, venture-backed startup that has invented a better way to do research: AI-powered user interviews. Our platform allows global brands—including some of the world’s largest tech and consumer companies—to achieve deeper, qualitative insights at unprecedented speed and scale.

The $140B+ research industry is ripe for disruption, and we are leading the charge. We recently closed a $30M Series B (led by top-tier Silicon Valley investors) following a year where our business grew 8x. We are a tight-knit team of 30 based in San Francisco’s Financial District, and we are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help us define the new standard for understanding people.

The Role

In this role, you won’t just be writing code; you will be a key architect of our user experience. You will collaborate directly with our CTO and CEO to translate complex AI interactions into intuitive, world-class interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the founders to influence technical decisions and the long-term product roadmap.
• Frontend Architecture: Design, develop, and optimize user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Lead frontend projects from initial conception through production deployment, ensuring high scalability and reliability.
• Component Excellence: Build robust, responsive components that integrate seamlessly with backend services and APIs.
• UX Innovation: Enhance user experiences through real-time data visualization and interactive elements.
• User-Centric Development: Interface directly with our enterprise users to gather feedback, understand pain points, and iterate on UI/UX.

Requirements:
• Experience: 3+ years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade frontend systems.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• System Design: Proven track record of building scalable, responsive web applications.
• API Integration: Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and a passion for best practices.
• Bonus Points: Familiarity with real-time data visualization, WebRTC, or frontend performance optimization.
