Frontend Engineering Manager

About You

You are a hands-on engineering leader who still writes code every day. You have deep JavaScript and TypeScript experience, strong frontend roots, and enough backend knowledge to move fast and make good decisions.

You simplify complexity, turn ideas into clear implementation plans, and raise the technical bar. You attract great talent, mentor engineers, and bring a high-ownership mindset into everything you do.

Your Mission

• Take full ownership of building and shipping frontend systems.

• Create and deliver detailed implementation plans.

• Set engineering standards, mentor engineers, and boost team ownership.

Your Impact

• Make the engineering team faster, more reliable, and focused.

• Drive clarity, ownership, and execution to reduce bottlenecks.

• Raise technical standards and strengthen collaboration across teams.

Your Toolkit

• Deep expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript for frontend development with React.

• Experience applying best coding practices while maintaining high delivery speed in a fast-paced startup.

• Strong technical leadership with real hands-on contributions.

• Ability to design architecture, write high-quality code, and build systems that scale.

• Nice to have: React Native.
