We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer to own and scale the entire frontend platform architecture from the ground up. This is a high-impact role where you will drive the end-to-end development of modern, high-performance user interfaces and build scalable frontend systems that power next-generation digital products. You will play a critical role in shaping frontend engineering standards, defining architectural patterns, and delivering polished, production-ready experiences. Working closely with product, design, backend, and AI teams, you will translate ideas into seamless user experiences while ensuring performance, accessibility, and maintainability at scale.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

Frontend Architecture & Platform Ownership

• Own the complete frontend architecture and implementation lifecycle.
• Build scalable, maintainable systems using modern frameworks such as React and TypeScript.
• Define engineering standards, reusable component patterns, and frontend best practices.
• Drive architectural decisions that support rapid iteration, performance, and long-term scale.

Product Development & Execution

• Lead the development of complex, high-performance user interfaces from concept to launch.
• Translate product and design requirements into polished, production-grade applications.
• Build reusable components and manage robust state management systems (e.g., Redux).
• Integrate frontend applications with backend systems, RESTful APIs, and AI-powered services.

Performance & Quality Optimization

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Ensure clean, maintainable code with strong version-control practices using Git.
• Continuously improve UI/UX quality through thoughtful design implementation and technical excellence.

Collaboration & Leadership

• Partner closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI teams to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Mentor and guide engineers to build a strong frontend engineering culture.
• Contribute as an independent individual contributor while influencing cross-functional decisions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Frontend/Full Stack Engineer with ownership of frontend systems.
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and ReactJS.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, state management (Redux), and component-driven design.
• Hands-on experience building and scaling production-grade platforms from 0 → 1.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and collaborating with backend teams.
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong eye for UI/UX detail.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
• Genuine interest in GenAI/LLM-powered applications and their impact on frontend experiences.
