💡 Your Mission: Delight customers, optimize processes!

As Frontend Engineer, you will build and scale web interfaces that empower nursing leaders to be able take informed actions to improve facility quality and resident health..

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Design technical solutions based on requirements from product, design and software architecture

• Build scalable Frontends that can grow with multi-markets and across verticals

• Ship features at a pace that keeps up with product and design output, with no UI work queue forming

• Partake in engineering quality discussions, valuing robustness as much as output speed

• Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to refine requirements, review APIs, participate in code reviews, and maintain a consistent design system

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Frontend Expertise: You have 3-5 strong years of experience building and scaling Frontends in UX-heavy fields, with particularly strong Modern React and Typescript skills

• Analytics mindset: you have used tools like Sentry, PostHog and Grafana, and you value measuring performance of the software you ship

• Strong agentic engineering background: you work with LLMs to decrease cycle time, but are aware of its pitfalls and know how to navigate around them

• Excellent communicator: you are able to work cross-functionally well between Product, Design and Engineering teams, to ship high-quality product features on time

• Startup Experience: You have solid experience working and shipping high-quality Frontends in fast-paced Startup environments with high expectations of excellence
