Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to lead the design and development of intuitive and responsive user interfaces for both web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating backend APIs, ensuring real-time data synchronization, and delivering a high-quality user experience across platforms. You will also play a critical role in building interactive features for AI functionalities, chat systems, and advanced dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
• Seamlessly integrate all functionalities from backend APIs into the front-end layer.
• Ensure real-time data synchronization between web and mobile clients.
• Implement and manage UI components and front-end logic to support AI-driven functionalities.
• Develop advanced UI elements such as chat interfaces, document selection tools, and analytics dashboards.
• Optimize front-end performance, accessibility, and cross-platform user experience (UX/UI).
• Collaborate closely with UX designers, back-end engineers, and product teams to ensure cohesive development.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 6–16 years of experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio of responsive web and/or mobile applications.
• Expert in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Experience in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows (e.g., using Redux, Zustand, or Context API).
• Proven experience in building real-time applications (WebSockets, Firebase, etc.).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Familiarity with front-end performance optimization and responsive design techniques.
• Experience with mobile app development (e.g., React Native or Flutter) is a plus.
