We are looking for a Frontend Developer for Wingie Enuygun Group's growing Technology department. In this role, you will manage our Linux-based infrastructure and ensure optimal performance of our systems, contributing to the success of one of the most successful internet businesses in Turkey.

Requirements:
What Makes You Special?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical field
• At least 3-4 years of proven hands-on experience as a Frontend Developer, particularly in high-traffic consumer-facing platforms (travel or e-commerce domain is a huge plus)
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js ecosystem. Deep understanding of SSR (Server-Side Rendering)
• Excellent knowledge of Modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Strong understanding of Web Core Vitals, web performance optimization, and technical SEO principles
• Proficiency in modern styling solutions (Tailwind CSS, SCSS, or Styled Components)
• Solid experience with state management tools (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Context API)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs / GraphQL and a good understanding of micro-frontend or component-driven architectures
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright)
• Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Turbopack)
• Agile-minded, excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a true team player who is eager to learn and share knowledge.

What Will You Do?

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and performant user interfaces for Wingie Enuygun platforms using Next.js and React
• Take ownership of web performance and SEO, ensuring our applications meet the highest Core Web Vitals standards under high user loads
• Work closely with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to translate business requirements into seamless, pixel-perfect user experiences
• Write clean, modular, and testable code. Actively participate in code reviews to maintain our high engineering standards
• Take an active role in Agile rituals (sprint planning, dailies, retrospectives), estimate tasks accurately, and deliver features iteratively
• Continuously monitor production health, debug complex issues, and research new frontend technologies to keep our tech stack modern and efficient
