Frontend Developer (Entry- to mid-level)

Pointsharp:
As a Frontend Developer at Pointsharp, you will contribute to meaningful products within a friendly and collaborative environment. Together with your team, you will help strengthen the product portfolio as Pointsharp continues its journey to become a leading cybersecurity player in Europe.

You will be part of an international development organization, collaborating with colleagues across the Pointsharp Group in multiple European locations. You will help design, build, and maintain modern frontend applications used by customers across the product suite.

This position is ideal for someone early in a professional career who is ready yo grow in a structured environment with guidance from experienced teammates.

What does this role entail?:
You will...

• Develop, design, and test new frontend features for Pointsharps' Access Management products, building reusable components and shared UI libraries

• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code using modern frontend technologies.

• Collaborate with product owners, backend developers, UX designers, and other stakeholders in a cross-country company

• Participate in code review, knowledge sharing, and contribute to evolving frontend architecture and development practices

• Support integration of frontend applications with backend services and APIs

Qualifications and your profile:
Qualifications

• Practical experience building user interface through work, internships, trainee roles, or academic/personal projects using a modern frontend framework (e.g. React, Angular, or similar)

• Good understanding of Javascript/Typescript, HTML and CSS3

• Ability to collaborate with teammates and learn in a professional development environment

Relevant Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science (Kandidatexamen inom systemvetenskap eller datavetenskap).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering - Computer Science, Media Technology or related field (Högskoleingenjör eller Civilingenjör inom datateknik, medieteknik eller annan relevant inriktning).

• Higher Vocational Education (YH) in Web Development, Frontend Develop, or Javascript (Yrkeshögskoleutbildning inom webbutveckling, frontend utveckling eller Javascript)

• Or equivalent education or practical experience.

How We Work

The team uses Scrum with a focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Applications are built with React using modern component-based frontend practices with attention to maintainability and accessibility. Frontend solutions integrate with backend services through APIs, including REST (such as OData) and GraphQL.

Products are deployed in customers' on-premises environments and in cloud environments.

Collaboration and project management are supported by tools from Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket for Git).
