• Met uiterste zorgvuldigheid het reserveringssysteem onderhouden.

• Out-of-the-box invulling geven aan ‘Guest Service’ en daarmee gasten méér dan blij maken.

• Service van het FO team optimaliseren.

• Het coachen en trainen van het Front Office team.

• Operationeel meewerken en optreden als leidinggevende en voorbeeld voor het team.
