Front Office Shift Leader for Moxy Athens City Hotel

SWOT Hospitality is looking for an experienced Front Office Shift Leader for the Moxy Athens City, located in the city centre of Athens.

MOXY is not your typical hotel and this is not your typical leadership role.

We’re looking for a Shift Leader who leads by example, brings energy to the floor, and knows how to turn everyday moments into great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Front Office shift and be the go-to person for both guests and the team.
• Deliver playful, confident, and authentic guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
• Support, coach, and motivate the Front Office team, keeping the vibe high and the standards higher.
• Handle guest requests and challenges with confidence, creativity, and ownership.
• Ensure brand standards, service quality, and safety procedures are always met.
• Actively live and promote Marriott’s core values in everything you do.
• Work closely with other hotel departments to create a seamless and memorable guest journey.

• Excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset.
• Attention to detail and a structured, well-organized way of working.
