Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Office Representative to join our dynamic team and become the welcoming face of our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. Key Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
• Manage scheduling for appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
• Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
