Η MANDYNAMIC αναζητά Front Office Night Auditor εκ μέρους ξενοδοχειακού συγκροτήματος, στα Χανιά, για τη θερινή σεζόν 2026.

Αρμοδιότητες:

• Υποδοχή των πελατών του ξενοδοχείου
• Διεκπεραίωση των διαδικασιών check in και check out των πελατών
• Διαχείριση των κρατήσεων που διενεργούνται μέσω τηλεφώνου, online συστημάτων, λογισμικών και πρακτορείων
• Αποστολή προσφορών μέσω ηλεκτρονικής επικοινωνίας κατόπιν αιτημάτων
• Ενημέρωση του ξενοδοχειακού προγράμματος για κρατήσεις ή ακυρώσεις
• Διασφάλιση ότι ο χώρος της υποδοχής είναι τακτοποιημένος
• Επικοινωνία με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου

Requirements:
• Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
• Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (oποιαδήποτε άλλη γλώσσα θα θεωρηθεί προσόν)
• Άριστη γνώση MS Office
• Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα
• Συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα
