You will oversee reception staff, manage guest inquiries and reservations, and ensure that our service standards are consistently met. Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a front office management role in the hospitality industry
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• Strong knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., OPERA)
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve conflicts and handle guest complaints effectively
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Have experience with brand standard audit
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
