SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit
Front Office Manager
for our new project in Zakynthos, opening in 2026.
About the role:
• Responsible for assuring attentive courteous and efficient service in the department
• Lead and inspire the in-property Front Office team, to deliver a consistent level of service
• Accountable for short- and long-term planning and the management of the hotel’s Front Office Department
• Develop and recommend the budget, labour cost plans and objectives and manage within those approved plans
• Coach and counsel team members to reflect SOPs service standards and procedures
• Able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
Requirements:
• Track record of experience in the luxury end of the market
• Area hotel experience and / or knowledge is essential
• The ability to improve and maintain high service standards
• A self-motivated, driven, results-oriented, and proactive attitude is required
• Business reporting and commercial acumen is a must
• Leadership skills to motivate and develop the department and to ensure accomplishment of goals.
• Able to set priorities, plan, organize, delegate, and control.
