for a prestigious property located in Milos

(season 2026)

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of front office operations, including reception, reservations, concierge, and guest services. This role requires leadership skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining hotel standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing daily front office operations to ensure smooth and efficient guest service
• Leading, motivating, and developing the front office team to deliver high-quality service
• Overseeing budgeting and labor cost planning in line with company objectives
• Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures and service standards
• Handling guest complaints and resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance overall guest experience

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Front Office Manager in luxury hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of the Milos area and local market is a plus
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
• Sound commercial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
