Front Office Manager, All-inclusive Hotel, Chania

MANDYNAMIC is looking for a motivated Front Office Manager on behalf of an All-inclusive Hotel in Chania Crete for the Summer Season 2026 . Oversee all front office activities Ensure the high level of guest satisfaction (efficient and smooth front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries) Manage a team of front office staff (including receptionists, concierge, and guest services staff) Train, mentor and develop front office staff to enhance their skills and performance Monitor and manage room inventory, reservations, and occupancy levels Collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.

Requirements: A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or in a role with similar responsibilities Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for guest satisfaction Proficiency in front office software and systems Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively Strong organizational and multitasking skills
