Front Office Agent
for the Vione Hotel in Paros
Requirements:
As a Front Office Agent your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Providing exceptional service to guests during their arrival, stay, and departure.
• Welcoming and registering guests efficiently, while providing necessary information and obtaining identification as required.
• Confirming and modifying reservation details to ensure accurate registration processes.
• Answering guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Performing upselling of rooms, food & beverage options, and hotel promotions.
• Making reservations for dining, transportation, and entertainment as requested by guests.
• Collaborating with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
• Staying informed about the hotel's history, amenities, and local attractions.
Qualifications
• Degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or in a similar role is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and guest service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
