Front Office Agent

at the Kampos Paros hotel, part of the Hyatt brand.

Requirements:
As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, focusing on check-in and check-out procedures.
• Welcoming guests and conducting the registration process, ensuring that all necessary identification and payment details are obtained in accordance with hotel policies.
• Managing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Assisting in upselling hotel services and promotions to enhance revenue.
• Coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintaining thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
• Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding guest accommodations and reservations.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is desirable.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
