Front Office Agent
for a prestigious hotel in Mykonos.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
