SWOT Hospitality is inviting applications for the position of
Front Office Agent
at Luxxury Collection Marriott Zakynthos.
Requirements:
As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
• Assisting guests throughout their stay, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Managing reservations, including modifications and cancellations.
• Providing detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Balancing daily transactions and ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Collaborating with other departments to enhance guest experience.
• Upholding the hotel's standards of service and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in a Front Office or similar role, preferably within a luxury hotel setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, FIDELIO) is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and a dedication to guest service excellence.
