Location: Amsterdam Zuid

Gross salary: EUR 2400-2600 gross per month based on fulltime (38 hours)

• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed - Het serveren van eten en drinken op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. Zorg dat gasten optimaal geholpen worden.
• Assist - the kitchen en barista team where necessary - Het assisteren van het keuken team en koffiebar team waar nodig.
• Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner - Het bieden van een uitstekende service door attent te zijn op de wensen van gasten. Het beantwoorden vanvragen en oplossen van eventuele problemen op een vriendelijke manier.
• Teamwork - collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment - Nauw samenwerken met collega’s om een soepele service te garanderen en bijdragen aan een inclusieve en veilige werkomgeving.
• Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations, as well as any specific food service or catering guidelines established on location - Het houden aan gezondheids- en veiligheidsvoorschriften, evenals specifieke richtlijnen op de locatie.
• Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and dining areas - Het zorgen voor netheid en naleving van hygiënestandaarden in zowel de keuken als de eetruimtes.

• Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service - Je hebt een aanstekelijke passie voor eten en/of klantenservice

• Ability to adapt to challenges and opportunities with a solution-oriented perspective - Je hebt vermogen om je aan te passen aan uitdagingen en kansen met een oplossingsgerichte instelling
• Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus - Eerdere ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, vooral in de foodservice-industrie, is vaak een plus

• Fulltime availability Mondays to Fridays (office hours) and flexible for events for at least two Friday afterrnoons per month - Je hebt fulltime beschikbaarheid van maandag tot en met vrijdag (kantoortijden) en bent flexibel voor evenementen voor ten minste twee vrijdagmiddagen per maand.
