Title: Front of House team member (38 hours)

Location: Amsterdam Zuid

Gross salary: EUR 2400-2600 gross per month based on fulltime (38 hours)

Benefits:

• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner. Ensure that guests’ needs and requests are efficiently and effectively addressed - Het serveren van eten en drinken op een vriendelijke en professionele manier. Zorg dat gasten optimaal geholpen worden.
• Assist - the kitchen en barista team where necessary - Het assisteren van het keuken team en koffiebar team waar nodig.
• Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their customer journey. Answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues in a friendly manner - Het bieden van een uitstekende service door attent te zijn op de wensen van gasten. • Teamwork - collaborate with all other staff to ensure the smooth flow of operations and support and contribute to creating an inclusive and safe working environment - Nauw samenwerken met collega’s om een soepele service te garanderen en bijdragen aan een inclusieve en veilige werkomgeving.
