We are looking for a vibrant, experienced and enthusiastic Front of House Receptionist to work at our Fitzrovia Clinic.
Six Physio Fitzrovia is one of our busiest clinics - this role is not for the faint hearted. Having the ability to stay calm under pressure, juggle multiple tasks at once, and deliver exceptional customer service at all times is essential.
Your role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities: primarily you will be responsible for assisting our patients with enquiries and appointments. You will meet and greet patients with a clear and friendly telephone voice, a welcoming face to face reception and efficiently deal with their enquiry. You will follow up any email enquiries in a timely manner and ensure that any tasks handed over to the Practice Manager as and when they need too.

Job description:
As the first point of contact both over the phone and in person, you are personally responsible for providing a 1st Class Customer Service to our patients.
Within the clinic you are a pivotal part of the team, liaising between patients and physiotherapists to ensure everyone has what they need.
You will support the Practice Manager and Clinic Director in your day to day duties.
Salary:
Starts at £28,000
Experience:
Minimum 3/4 years’ Front of House experience (essential)
Experience in private healthcare preferred
Experience using our booking system TM3 would be highly desirable
Familiarity with Google Workspace would be beneficial
Experience handling payments and processing transactions
Training will be provided over 2 weeks. This role is 37.5hrs across 5 days. You are entitled to 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
