We’re part of Future Hospitality Group (FHG), a leading local operator with six unique venues across Queenstown. Our vision is simple: to push the boundaries of hospitality, exceed guest expectations, and raise the bar for what’s possible.
We’re looking for a
full-time Front of House Team Member who brings energy, professionalism, and personality to every shift. This is a hands-on, guest-facing role where you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional daytime dining experiences, from the first greeting to the final farewell.
What You’ll Do
Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service that makes every guest feel genuinely welcomed and valued.
Confidently manage your section to ensure smooth service flow and strong communication throughout each shift.
Accurately take food and beverage orders and process payments efficiently using POS systems.
Maintain strong menu knowledge, confidently explaining dishes, dietary options, and beverage pairings.
Collaborate closely with kitchen and FOH teammates to ensure timely, seamless service during busy periods.
Maintain a clean, polished, and inviting dining environment at all times.
Uphold host responsibility, health & safety, and FHG’s service standards.
Assist across different areas of the venue as required to support the team and guest experience.

Previous FOH or hospitality experience preferred.
