At Wheely, the Academy is where we set the gold standard for our chauffeur service. As our Front of House Coordinator, you are the first person our chauffeurs see and the person responsible for keeping our London HQ operating at our standards.
This is a role for someone who takes pride in the details. You’ll balance hospitality for our chauffeurs with the hands-on responsibility of managing the office, ensuring the space is immaculate and our supplies are always fully stocked.
Responsibilities
• Manage office reception desk, acting as the first point of contact for chauffeurs
• Facilitate amenity distribution among our Chauffeurs
• Responsible for how the office looks and feels. You’ll make sure the academy and the office are maintained based on our strict presentation standards
• You will also take full ownership of our academy and office inventory, making sure everything from office essentials to chauffeur amenities are organised and perfectly stocked at all times
Our ideal candidate
• 1+ Years in Premium Front of House: Direct experience in a reception or concierge role within a premium setting
• Proven experience coordinating office operations, including managing vendors, facility maintenance, and supply inventory
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic work environment
• Flexibility in adjusting to changes in priorities, assignments, and work environments
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on clarity, structure, and ownership
• Comfortable using basic software and tools relevant to the role (Google Suite, Notion, Intercom)
• Availability to work at the office five days a week

• This is an office-based role located in Hammersmith. Wheely has an in-person culture but allows flexible working hours and work from home when needed.
